Bin-shoof, is a mobile app developed and supported by the Independent Elections Commission of Jordan (IEC). The app allows users to upload geographic pins on a map, with a photo, date and a description. Each pin represents an issue or a problem with any of the services provided to the citizens by the state.

Users can view the map with all the issues in their town or city. Users can also filter the map view with problem type and location.
